Jenifer Webb, O.D.

Dr. Webb represents the third generation of the Seger Family to practice in California. She joined her father's practice as partner in 2008, but has been seeing patients since 2007. She earned a Bachelor's degree in biology from Sonoma State University and a Doctorate in Optometry from The Ohio State University. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the California Optometric Association.
Dr. Webb has a special interest in children's vision and is an active participant in the InfantSee program. She enjoys spending time with her husband and sons. |
Samantha Lin, O.D.

Dr. Lin received a Bachelor in biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin and a Doctorate in Optometry from the University of California at Berkeley. She completed a residency in ocular disease/ primary care through UIW Rosenberg School of Optometry. Dr. Lin is an active member of the American Optometric Association and California Optometric Association.
Additionally, as a past myopia management patient, she has a special interest in contact lenses. Dr. Lin has a passion for service work with a most recent medical mission to the Yucatan. |
Matthew barnes, o.d.
Dr. Barnes was born and raised in San Diego. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology from UC Davis. He earned both his Doctor of Optometry degree and Masters in Vision Science from the
New England College of Optometry. His research focused on myopia control.
Dr. Barnes practices full-scope optometric care with experience including refractive surgery evaluation/co-management, myopia control, and eye disease. He is dedicated to providing personalized and comprehensive eye care to his patients. His passion for understanding the intricacies of vision has driven him to stay at the forefront of optometric research and practice.
Dr. Barnes is a board member of the Santa Clara Optometric Association and an active member of the California Optometric Association. He is committed to advancing the field of optometry and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Barnes enjoys hiking, gardening, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. You can often find him on a trail with his wife and dog on the weekends.

Ronald G. Seger, O.D., F.A.A.O. has retired
Dr. Seger attended the University of California at Berkeley where he received his Bachelor of Science and Doctorate in Optometry. He is an active member of the American Optometric Association, the California Optometric Association, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
Dr. Seger worked in contact lens design, contact lens solution and ophthalmic solution research and development for thirteen years of his professional career. He progressed from Associate Research Optometrist at Bausch and Lomb to Director of Lens Design and Clinical Research at Cooper Vision.
Dr. Seger has three US Patents issued in his name. He continues to provide consulting services to major contact lens companies. During the mid- seventies, he was in private practice with his father and brother in San Luis Obispo. He has been providing vision care in Mountain View since 1988.
